He oversees and heads the white-collar department of the Firm.
He has ably led Discipline and Vigilance Teams across eight states of the Country, addressing & handling investigation of complaints related to financial irregularities, embezzlement and various other frauds ensuring speedy disposal of the cases with equity and justice.
Government of J&K in recognition of his effort & dedication, appointed him as Executive Magistrate of the Valley Sector for his distinguished service. As Head Vigilance & Fraud Mitigation in companies, he was instrumental in bringing in some best practices in the field of fraud prevention & deterrence.
SACHIN SHRIDHAR (64), is an alumnus of the University of Delhi. He graduated with a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics from St. Stephen’s College and subsequently earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. He later also completed his LL.B. from the University of Delhi. He joined the Indian Police Service in 1985 and served in West Bengal Cadre in various important positions both in Bengal and with the Central Government in Delhi.
Sachin ShridharHe took voluntary retirement in the year 2000 and since then his career spans around handling contracts, structuring deals, and concluding the transaction in various Sectors. He has sat on the Board of diverse Companies which have included both Indian and foreign companies and JVs in Infrastructure, Power, Battery technology, Hospitality and Cyber Security. He has also been a mentor to some successful start- ups in the Country.
He is widely sought after for building legal strategy around complex and protracted litigations. Having a hands on experience on both sides, he brings to the fore a deep understanding of both Government working and the Private business world.
